Terms of use
Peoply · Updated 3 August 2026
1. Who operates Peoply
Peoply is a private tool for personal network management. It is operated by Simon Lindermeier as a private individual in Switzerland. The app is at an early product stage.
2. What the app is for
The app helps you maintain your personal network by keeping contacts, notes, tasks, events and interactions in one place. It is intended for personal use, not mass acquisition or address trading.
3. Personal access
Accounts are available only through access approved by the operator. There is no entitlement to an account; access may be suspended in cases of misuse or when the service ends.
4. No guarantee of availability or data retention
Peoply is developed by one person. The app may become temporarily or permanently unavailable, features may change, and stored data is not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely. Keep important information in another suitable location as well.
5. Your responsibility for third-party data
You will typically store information about other people. You are responsible for collecting and storing it lawfully, keeping it factual, and correcting or deleting it upon a legitimate request.
6. AI features are optional
AI features are off by default and activate only after your explicit consent. The content identified by each feature may then be transferred to OpenAI in the United States. See the privacy notice for details.
7. Ending use and deletion
You may stop using Peoply at any time and permanently delete your account and associated data in the iOS app under More. If you can no longer sign in, you can request deletion by email. The operator may close an account in cases of misuse or when the service ends.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email; the current version is always available on this page.
9. Applicable law
Swiss law applies.
